Vrexo + Autotask
Contract-aware resolution that respects your queues and workflows.
Vrexo connects to Autotask (Kaseya) through the native API. Tickets are classified, resolved, documented, and closed inside Autotask, mapped to the contracts and queues your operation already depends on.
Contracts and billing alignment
Before recording any work, Vrexo validates the ticket against the account's contract. Resolutions land under the correct contract and billing codes, which keeps the line between covered and billable work where you drew it.
Misapplied contracts are one of the quietest forms of revenue leakage in an MSP. A system that checks the contract on every single ticket, without exception, closes that gap by construction.
Queues, priorities, and due dates
Vrexo works within your queue structure. Classified tickets carry the right priority and due date per your SLA configuration, and tickets that need humans land in the queue your routing rules point to.
Because classification happens in under a millisecond, the queue reflects reality immediately: no triage backlog sitting unprioritized while a dispatcher catches up.
Resource assignment on escalation
Low-confidence tickets are assigned to the right resource or role with the classification, retrieved history, and attempted steps attached as a note. The engineer starts with context, not with a bare subject line.
Assignment follows your rules: by queue, by role, by client ownership. Vrexo does not invent its own routing logic on top of yours.
Notes and notifications
Resolution notes are written with the right publish setting: internal notes for analysis, client-visible notes for the resolution summary. Your Autotask notification workflows fire exactly as configured.
Time entries are recorded against the work performed, so the automated share of your operation shows up in utilization and profitability reporting instead of disappearing.
