What we are building

Vrexo is an autonomous operations platform for managed service providers. It connects to your PSA, RMM, and identity stack, learns your runbooks and escalation rules, and resolves tickets without human intervention.

The platform uses ML-powered classification to categorize and prioritize every ticket in under a millisecond, then routes it through a deterministic resolution pipeline. When a ticket matches a known pattern with sufficient confidence, Vrexo executes. When it does not, it escalates cleanly to your team with full context attached.

The result is a help desk that handles L1 and L2 volume autonomously, lets your engineers focus on work that actually requires their expertise, and proves its value with numbers you can measure from day one.
