How is pricing calculated?
Custom pricing based on ticket volume and team size. You get the number before the trial starts, so the ROI math is transparent from day one.
What if it does not work for us?
The 30-day trial exists to answer that with data. If the resolution rate on your tickets does not justify the cost, you walk away. See our refund policy for the details.
Where does our data live?
Vrexo runs as an application layer over Microsoft Azure AI. Your deployment inherits Azure's platform certifications, models do not train on your data, and you choose the Azure region.
I am already a client. Where do I log in?
Your client portal URL is provisioned during onboarding and shared by your Solutions Engineer. If you lost it, write to support@vrexohq.com and we will resend it.
