The oldest support channel, handled with the same discipline as your PSA.

A large share of MSP tickets still arrive as email to a support mailbox. Vrexo treats email as a first-class intake channel: parsed, classified, and resolved with the same pipeline as PSA tickets, then synced back into your system of record.

Mailbox intake and parsing

Vrexo monitors your support mailboxes and parses each message on arrival: subject, body, attachments, and the requester's identity matched against your PSA contacts.

A vague subject line is not an obstacle. Classification runs on the full content, so 'computer not working' still lands in the right category with the right priority.

Threading and deduplication

Replies stay attached to the original ticket instead of spawning new ones. The third 'any update?' email lands on the existing ticket as a note, not as a new item inflating your queue.

When several users report the same outage, the reports collapse into one working ticket with all requesters tracked, so your team sees one problem instead of fifteen.

Resolution on the same thread

Users get the resolution where they asked for it: a reply on the same email thread, written as a clear summary of what was done. No portal account required, no new conversation to find.

Behind the scenes, the corresponding PSA ticket is updated and closed with the full log, so email-originated work shows up in reporting like any other ticket.

Notifications without noise

Status updates go out at the moments that matter: received, resolved, or escalated to an engineer. Not a notification for every internal step.

If a ticket escalates, the engineer's eventual reply continues the same thread. From the user's side it is one coherent conversation from report to resolution.
